I understand that acceptance of any offer or employment does not create a contractual obligation upon the Company to continue to employ me in the future and that my employment is at-will. Either the Company or I can terminate my employment at any time, for any or no reason, with or without cause of notice of any kind. This relationship cannot be modified, except by written agreement signed by myself and the President of the Company. I further understand that no oral promise, Company policy, custom, business practice or other procedure (including Personnel Handbooks or Personnel Manuals) constitute an employment contract or modify the employment relationship between me and the Company.
